Who We Are
KAōS was founded by Kamilla and Andrōs as a shared artistic practice.
Every artwork is developed collaboratively — combining structured digital composition with traditional, manual execution exposed to time, material, and imperfection.
Kamilla
Kamilla is an Italian painter trained in fine arts. Her work is defined by extreme precision, patience, and manual discipline — from redrawing every perimeter by hand, to mixing acrylic tones, refining each edge, and applying gold leaf one piece at a time.
Andrōs
Andrōs shapes the visual architecture of each artwork. He selects the reference, studies the gaze, pose, light, and shadow, then reduces the subject into essential forms — creating the digital guide that allows the image to be rebuilt by hand on canvas.
Our Method
Each piece follows a precise and non-negotiable process. It starts digitally — through geometric construction, proportion control, and color mapping.
This phase defines the architecture of the image.
The artwork is then resolved by hand using traditional techniques: acrylic layers, gold-leaf application, and textural refinement.
Once the painting leaves the digital environment, it cannot be reversed. This create tension between control and irreversibility.
It is where the artwork becomes real.
The result is a hybrid original — precise in structure, alive in texture.
