If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the case and provide a suitable solution.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us by email before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
